We can quote suitable deliveries using our liftgate and pallet jack. We first check the weight and dimensions of each pallet, the liftgate’s limits, and access at both locations. A level, firm unloading area is needed; tell us about gravel, slopes, curbs, steps, or other obstacles before booking.
How many pallets fit in your 24-foot box truck?
Pallet count depends on each pallet’s footprint, height, total weight, and the space needed to load and secure the freight. Send the dimensions and weight of every pallet. We confirm capacity for your specific load rather than relying on pallet count alone.
Does the 10,000 lb limit apply to one pallet on the liftgate?
No. We quote total truckloads under 10,000 lb, including pallets and packaging. The liftgate has its own lifting limit. We check each pallet against the liftgate and pallet jack’s rated capacities before agreeing to a liftgate delivery.
Can you collect freight from a warehouse and deliver to my business?
Yes, you can request a local warehouse pickup and business delivery in DFW. Share the warehouse’s release or pickup requirements, appointment window, contact person, and the receiving location’s unloading equipment. We confirm the arrangements with you before the job is booked.
